GEA Redundant Path Description:
The GEA 71 Engine/Airframe Unit utilizes two backup paths to preserve communications with the
G1000. The primary data path is from the GEA through GIA1 to the PFD, where it is then cross-filled to
the MFD. The secondary backup path is through GIA2 into the MFD.
