Entering Pilot Information:

From any page, tap Home > Settings.

Tap Pilot Information

> Add Pilot Information..

Enter the Pilot Information by tapping each ﬁeld and use the keyboard.

Tap Save, to save Pilot Information.

Entering Aircraft Information:

From any page, tap Home > Settings.

Tap

Aircraft > Add Aircraft...

Enter Required and/or optional Aircraft Information by tapping each ﬁeld

and use the keyboard.

Tap Save, to save Aircraft Information.

ATC PROPOSED ROUTE NOTIFICATIONS

ATC Proposed Route Notiﬁcations are Push notiﬁcations, that include a proposed

route for departures and destinations that you have ﬁled ﬂight plans for. Notiﬁcations

come in the notiﬁcation area if you are not currently using Garmin Pilot, or as Popups

within Garmin Pilot. To accept the proposed route and make it the Flight Plan, ensure

Make Flight Plan is set to On, and touch Brief to open the Trip Planning Page. To

dismiss the notiﬁcation and not make it the Flight Plan, ensure Make Flight Plan is set

to Off, and touch Dismiss to remove the popup.

Subscribing to ATC Proposed Route Notiﬁcations:

From any page, tap Home > Settings.

Tap the Aircraft Tab.

Tap Add Aircraft...

Tap a current Aircraft in the list, to edit.

Tap YES, for Receive Proposed Routes, to subscribe to Proposed Route

Notiﬁcations.

Tap Save, to save Aircraft Information.
